Production Manager
Job Description: The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the manufacturing processes. They ensure goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. They work closely with different departments such as purchasing, quality control, and logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cost Management: – Optimize production costs by improving efficiency, reducing waste, and managing resources effectively. – Prepare and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are in place. 5. Health and Safety: – Enforce safety regulations and protocols in the production environment to prevent accidents and injuries. – Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with industry standards. 6. Team Management: – Supervise and lead production staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their duties. – Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork among production staff. – Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and guidance where necessary. 7.
