Plywood Manufacturing process
Wood logs which are the raw material for plywood manufacturing undergo hydrothermal processing. The hydrothermal processing is carried out in soaking pools filled with water at a temperature of 40–60°C depending on the wood species. Next, through mechanical debarking, the logs are cleared of bark and mineral residues accumulated in the bark during the process of logging and transport.

- Utilizing raw-materials exclusively through sustainable social forestry and eco-friendly adhesives evenly and right quantity to ensure strong bonding without gaps.
- We ensure Veneer of uniform thickness and free from defects like knots, splits, or patches. The grain direction optimized to enhance strength and stability.
- Proper pressing conditions, including temperature, pressure, and pressing time, are thoroughly maintained to ensure adequate bonding and dimensional stability of the plywood sheets.
- Ensure proper sanding of plywood to ensure smooth and free from defects like scratches, dents, or discoloration.
- Ensure controlled moisture conditions in the shop floor to prevent warping, swelling, or shrinking post-production.
- Further, our products undergo chemical treatment to ensure termite and borer resistance and providinglong-lasting and reliable performance.
